This includes:
- Check thermostat calibration and operation
- Inspect air filter condition (replace if needed)
- Measure and record supply/return air temperature differential
- Inspect and clean evaporator coil (if accessible)
- Inspect and clean condenser coil
- Inspect blower motor and fan operation
- Lubricate moving parts (motors, bearings, fans)
- Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
- Test capacitors, contactors, and relays
- Check transformer operation and voltage output
- Inspect condition of wiring and insulation
- Verify refrigerant pressures and levels
